Almost two years after replacing my old desktop PC, and several days after replacing the laptop as well, I finally got around to getting the old machine off my desk last Wednesday. I spent most of today excavating the cupboard under the stairs, due to the fact that the contents had started leaning out and waving at me when I opened the door, it was so full. Aaargh. I have apparently omitted to file away some of my car documents in the same manilla folder as all the other car-related stuff. This is (a) annoying, and (b) more than a little inconvenient, as I'm going to need them in the next 7-14 days in order to show when I go to get it taxed for another year ( Read more... )

So, having spent the past few weekends either working or off visiting relatives or out all the time or just goofing off at the computer and role-playing after_survivor, my house has been sadly neglected.
